#nowplaying: Parachute - The Other Side

Hello guys!

Finally had an off day again, so took this opportunity to hang out with dabian(HAHA) py. 

Went to bugis and bought tickets for Captain America, as always Marvel movies never failed to keep me in suspense for the next series! We headed to Haji Lane afterwards, didn't managed to get anything from there :( Is it just me or had the shops mostly changed? I couldn't find much apparel shops as compared to last time, but instead more cafes and food places have been springing up. We also wanted to try the much raved about Rainbow Mille Crepe cake from I Am cafe but the queue was so freaking long as always, so we decided not to since it was dinner time soon.. 

Headed over to Bugis Street next, haven't visited this place for such a long time and I'm glad there's so much more shopping I can do! But of course, I had to control my spending so below are my loots: (Sorry for poor quality pictures)

"Hopeless Romantic" tee from New Look, Black pom pom spag from Bugis Street and tropical leaf runner shorts from Cotton on which was on sale!

Had dinner at Sakae Sushi and was supposed to meet ju as well but she was busy napping away~ haha anyway here's what I wore today:

Threw on the magnolia spag top from TTR with a casual topshop-inspired denim shorts, and my transparent sandals as usual :)

Anyway since I'm blogging, I'll just upload some photos from the other day when I visited the S.E.A Aquarium! It was a really nice place to be and all, but I still think that watching Need For Speed was more worth the money though, but afterall it's a good first-time experience for me. 

Didn't edit the aquarium photos at all so I just chose the relatively clearer pictures hehe :)
Back to work tomorrow as usual~

Met up with the crazy shitty princess today haha haven't met this girl in a long while but glad to know nothing's changed, still had fun all day long! 

Shopped around town, here's my loots:

Black high-neck top from CO, ooh-la-la LIPS from Topshop and a golden chunky bracelet from Factorie which I love so much!

Wanted to buy other things as well but it was too expensive in my opinion :( teo kept saying she wants this and that, but she couldn't get it since she haven't started work haha I kept laughing at her and telling her to buy buy buy. Watched Pompeii, which we were so late for that the ticket person wasn't even there already HAHA but we just went in oh well. The movie was pretty okay I guess?

Anyway, so glad to meet this girl and hopefully we'll have another outing soon with tay as well! 

Overdued

Aloha guys!

Here's some overdued photos from CVD(01/03), took some really pretty shots on the new school field when we're about to leave. Going back to school made me remembered all those times that I spent in YJ with these awesome bunch of people <3 

Went for SUTD and NTU's open house today! Really glad that I went down to find out more, made me rethink some of my decisions. Didn't do as well for my A's so there wasn't much choices opened to me, but I hope that I could still get into some courses which I want/interested in though. Went down to SUTD first, kind of got lost on the way since it was pretty deserted(?), but all hail Google Maps in times of need. SUTD was nice, the environment, people and there's a cafe called Bread Yard which serves good food as well. Had their Eggs Benitto added on with mashed potatoes and iced tea for only around $7, which was so worth it. We met some new people which were older than us(they were in different universities) and we sat down for a talk about universities, so thankful for their kindness and patience to explain everything to us, they're really nice people. 

Headed over to NTU next to meet Ali and YT at the hall. The hall's so nice and it's rather affordable to live there so I really want to stay at the hall if I can get into NTU. They brought us around NTU for a walk/tour, met many familiar faces on the journey and learnt a little bit more about the courses they offered there :) Along the way we also bought 3 puddings(caramel, tiramisu, mango) for $10, which tasted really good! As you can see below, there's a panda sprinkled on the tiramisu pudding which was so freaking cute!!

Went to Taiwan a few weeks back and will blog about it if I find the time to! Next stop, Australia here we come. 

P.S. Can't wait to quit my freaking job!!! woohoo.
